A blank slate! Our newest garden plot is well on its way. We are very excited about the farm progress so far this year! With the new soap/herbal shop almost finished, new irrigation in place, and this 3/4 acre garden plot being planted this week, we are getting closer to opening our own farmers market, right here in Midway!

Its been said that small farms are less efficient than large scale producers but small farms  produce healthier food. While large scale farms do produce large quantities of food, they also use harsh chemicals and pesticides and they are not as environmentally friendly. Farm Update April 2020

We continue to work hard at clearing land and prepping garden beds to expand the farm. With Covid 19 spreading throughout our country, we have used this time to focus on farm projects and infrastructure. It’s been a difficult month with canceled Farmers Markets and events but we are making the best of it and staying busy.
